Sending your TT copy to us as early as possible allows for faster verification of your payments and processing of your transactions. Now you can conveniently upload your Telegraphic Transfer (TT) Copy online using IBC Japan’s Payment Notifier feature! Here’s how:

• After logging in, click on the My Account tab and choose Payment Notifier
(as shown below):

• Use the Browse button (see illustration below) to attach your TT copy. You can upload .jpg, .doc, .xls, .pdf or .ppt files not exceeding 25 megabytes (25MB). You can also include a note by filling out the message box. Click the Upload button and you’re done! A confirmation email will be sent to your inbox to inform you that your TT file is successfully uploaded.

• If you want to delete a file, just go to the List of TT Files Uploaded table (just below the uploading box) and use the Delete button on the right column (shown below).

Please note that if the remitter is a third party (other than consignees), you will need to upload an authorization letter and proof of identification.
